David Eagles

David Eagles joined the Partnership in 2015 as the Director of the Center for Presidential Transition and leads the Ready to Govern initiative to assist the presidential candidates in navigating the transition process, promote presidential transition reforms, develop management recommendations for the next administration, and train political appointees to lead effectively.

Peter Neffenger

Peter V. Neffenger was the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration from July 2015 till his statutorily required resignation on January 20, 2017 upon Donald Trump becoming President. Previously to leading TSA, Neffenger was a Vice Admiral in the United States Coast Guard, serving as Vice Commandant of the United States Coast Guard since May 20, 2014.

Daniel Levinson

Daniel R. Levinson has headed the Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for over a decade. A lawyer and a certified fraud examiner, Mr. Levinson leads an independent and objective organization of more than 1,500 auditors, evaluators, investigators, and lawyers, who oversee the integrity and efficiency of the Nation's one trillion dollar annual investment in Federal health and human services programs.

Kevin Youel Page

Mr. Youel Page leads the Integrated Award Environment (IAE) e-government shared services. He is also responsible for establishing GSA’s Common Acquisition Platform to enable greater acquisition analytics capabilities, reduced system duplication, and greater use of user-centric design and expert decision support.
 
He previously served GSA as the Deputy Assistant Commissioner for the $20B Integrated Technology Service; at Treasury as Deputy Director, Office of the Procurement Executive, and Director of Treasury Headquarters procurement during the financial crisis.

Michael Maccoby

Michael Maccoby is a globally recognized expert on leadership who for 40 years has advised global leaders in businesses, governments, unions, universities and non profit organizations in 36 countries. He is president of the Maccoby Group in Washington, D.C. which offers consulting, coaching, research and leadership workshops. He has a BA and PhD from Harvard University, where he directed the Program on Technology, Public Policy and Human Development from 1970-90.

Bruce Reed

Bruce Reed is the CEO and Co-Founder of Civic. Reed served as a top White House policy adviser in both the Clinton and Obama administrations. As President Clinton’s chief domestic policy advisor, he oversaw a host of domestic and social policies, including the landmark 1996 welfare reform law, the 1994 crime bill, and the Clinton education agenda. In the Obama White House, he served as assistant to the President and chief of staff to Vice President Joe Biden, working on economic and tax policy, education, youth smoking, food safety, and reducing gun violence.

John Bridgeland

John Bridgeland is Founder and CEO of Civic Enterprises, a public policy firm in Washington, D.C., and Vice Chair of the Service Year Alliance at The Aspen Institute, a new initiative to create a voluntary, civilian national service counterpart to military service in the United States. He is also author of the book, Heart of the Nation: Volunteering and America's Civic Spirit, which is being assigned in classes on college campuses.

Dr. Timothy Persons

Dr. Timothy M. Persons was appointed the Chief Scientist of the United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) in 2008. In addition to leading advanced data analytic activities at GAO, he also serves to co-direct GAO’s Center for Science, Technology, and Engineering (CSTE), a group of highly specialized scientists, engineers, and operations research staff.

Thomas Sharpe

Thomas Sharpe was appointed Commissioner for the U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service, effective February 10, 2013. 

In this position, he oversees the delivery of more than $50 billion of products, services and solutions that save taxpayer dollars and enable federal agencies to accomplish their missions as efficiently as possible.

Dr. David Shulkin

The Honorable David J. Shulkin was nominated by President Trump to serve as the ninth Secretary of Veterans Affairs (VA) and was confirmed by the United States Senate on February 13, 2017.

Prior to his confirmation as Secretary, Dr. Shulkin served as VA’s Under Secretary for Health for 18 months, leading the Nation’s largest integrated health care system, with over 1,700 sites of care serving nearly nine million Veterans.
