Dr. Barclay P. Butler

Barclay P. Butler, Ph.D., MBA, serves as the J4, Component Acquisition Executive (CAE), and the Head of Contracting Actions (HCA), for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES). As the J4, Dr. Butler is responsible for oversight and approval of all acquisition matters for the DHA, including those undertaken by the Program Executive Officers, as well as the Agency’s directorates and offices.

Lieutenant General Charles Luckey

Lieutenant General Charles D. Luckey assumed duty as the Chief of Army Reserve and Commanding General, United States Army Reserve Command on 30 June 2016.

As the Chief of Army Reserve and Commanding General, United States Army Reserve Command, he leads a community-based force of more than 200,000 Soldiers and Civilians with a "footprint" that includes 50 states, five territories, and more than 30 countries.

Carla Provost

Carla L. Provost is the Acting Chief of the U.S. Border Patrol, located in Washington DC.

Acting Chief Provost entered on duty with the U.S. Border Patrol on January 8, 1995, as a member of U.S. Border Patrol Class 277. Her first assignment as a Border Patrol agent was at the Douglas Station in the Tucson Sector. She was subsequently promoted to Supervisory Border Patrol Agent in 1998, and to Field Operations Supervisor in 2001.

Commander Eric Popiel

Commander Eric Popiel is a 1998 graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut. Prior to his current assignment, CDR Popiel served as an Engineer Officer of the Watch and Auxiliary Division Chief aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Chase. In 2001, he graduated from Navy Flight School in Corpus Christi Texas and has flown Coast Guard missions and instructed pilots in both the HU-25 Falcon Jet and the HC-144 Ocean Sentry. His aviation assignments included Air Station Miami, Air Station Cape Cod, and Aviation Training Center Mobile Alabama.

David A. Grant

Vice Admiral Raquel Bono

Commissioned in June 1979, Vice Adm. Raquel Bono obtained her baccalaureate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and attended medical school at Texas Tech University. She completed a surgical internship and a General Surgery residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, and a Trauma and Critical Care fellowship at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine in Norfolk.
