Pamela Dyson

Pamela C. Dyson is the SEC’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) in charge of overseeing the agency’s information technology functions.

Ms. Dyson has served as Acting CIO since October 2014.  She has held key positions in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) since she came to the Commission in 2010, including Deputy CIO.

Nate Lesser

Nate Lesser is the deputy director of the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The NCCoE collaborates with members of industry, government and academia to build open, standards-based, modular and practical reference designs; that address cybersecurity challenges in key economic sectors. The center benefits from formal partnerships with market leaders including several Fortune 50 companies.

Dr. Karen Hardy

Dr. Karen Hardy brings more than 30 years of federal experience from the NIH and Department of Commerce.

She is the former Director of Risk Management and first Deputy Chief Risk Officer at the U.S. Department of Commerce where she led the Office of Program Evaluation and Risk Management. She spearheaded the Department's ERM initiative across 12 federal agencies with 47,000 employees and a budget of $7B. The initiative was recognized by the GAO as a federal Best Practice.

Stephen Morris

Stephen L. Morris is the assistant director of the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division in West Virginia. Mr. Morris most recently served as special agent in charge of the Houston Division since 2011.

Alfred Almanza

Alfred V. Almanza was appointed Deputy Under Secretary for Food Safety by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Secretary Thomas J. Vilsack in September 2014, after having served as Administrator of USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) since June 2007. Mr. Almanza will simultaneously serve as Acting Administrator, continuing to lead nearly 10,000 employees in the agency's mission to protect public health.

Anne Rung

Anne Rung serves as Administrator of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy in the Office of Management and Budget. She was confirmed on September 11, 2014. Rung is responsible for implementing acquisition policies covering more than $450 billion in annual federal contract spending.

Admiral Paul Zukunft

Admiral Paul Zukunft assumed the duties of the 25th Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard on May 30, 2014. He leads the largest component of the Department of Homeland Security, composed of 88,000 personnel including active duty, reserve, civilian and volunteer Auxiliarists.
 
Prior to this, Admiral Zukunft served as Commander, Coast Guard Pacific Area, where he was operational commander for all U.S. Coast Guard missions in an area encompassing more than 74 million square miles and provided mission support to the Department of Defense and Combatant Commanders.

LaVerne H. Council

Ms. LaVerne H. Council joined the Department of Veterans Affairs in July 2015 as the Assistant Secretary for Information and Technology (OI&T) and Chief Information Officer. In this role, Ms. Council oversees the day-to-day activities of VA’s $4 billion IT budget and over 8,000 IT employees to ensure that VA has the IT tools and services needed to support our Nation’s Veterans.
