The 15-year acquisitions and project management veteran frequently speaks at conferences on various topics such as performance-based contracting, information technology service level agreements and agile acquisition.

Hamm served as government chairperson for the 2013 ACT IAC Partners program.

Jolene Lauria

Jolene Ann Lauria is the Deputy Assistant Attorney General/Controller for the Department of Justice (DOJ). She is the principal financial management and budget expert for the Department of Justice. In this capacity, she is responsible for the development and execution of a budget of over $30 billion, DOJ’s Performance and Accountability Reports, and the operational responsibilities which are at the core of executing one of the nation’s largest public sector budgets.

Dr. David A. Bray

Dr. David A. Bray currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for the Federal Communications Commission, leading FCC's IT Transformation since 2013. Through the efforts of a team of positive "change agents", he transformed the FCC's legacy IT with more than 207 different systems to award-winning tech in less than two years. This included rolling-out new cloud-based IT that achieved results in 1/2 the time at 1/6 the cost. In 2015, the FCC IT Team received AFFIRM's 2015 Cloud Computing Leadership Award.

Renee M. E. Pratt

Renée M. E. Pratt is a Lecturer at University of Massachusetts Amherst in the Isenberg School of Management in the Operations and Information Management Department. She received her PhD from the College of Business at Florida State University in Management Information Systems. Renée is a 2012–2013 Fulbright Grant Scholar Award recipient. In the winter of 2013, she conducted research exploring the postadoption behaviors among electronic medical records in German hospitals. She has presented her work at numerous academic conferences and published in several outlets.

Donald E. Wynn, Jr.

Donald E. Wynn, Jr. is an associate professor in the School of Business Administration at the University of Dayton. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. His research appears in journals such as MIS Quarterly, MIS Quarterly Executive, the Information Systems Journal, Cutter IT Journal, the Journal of Organizational and End User Computing, Communications of the AIS, and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science.
