TJ Kennedy

Susan M. Miller

Susan M. Miller is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of South Carolina. She teaches courses on public administration, public policy, and American political institutions. Her research explores the implications of institutional design for public policy formulation and implementation. Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Legislative Studies Quarterly, and Publius: The Journal of Federalism.

Ronald Layton

Ron Layton was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) for the United States Secret Service in January of 2013.  He is responsible for a wide range of activity relating to Information Technology and is a 20 year veteran of the agency.  Formerly, Mr. Layton was in charge of all Secret Service investigations for the State of West Virginia.  In additional previous assignments, Ron was the former Program Director for the Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force (ECTF) initiative supervising 17 ECTF's across the United States.
