Debbie Matz was nominated by President Barack Obama to serve as the eighth board chair of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). After confirmation by the U.S. Senate on August 7, 2009, she was sworn in on August 24, 2009. Mrs. Matz is no stranger to NCUA and credit unions having served as a board member at NCUA from January 2002 to October 2005.

Kathy Conrad is a proven leader, problem-solver and strategic advisor with nearly thirty years of experience in government technology programs and policies.  She joined the GSA Office of Citizen Services and Innovative Technologies (OCSIT) as Principal Deputy Associate Administrator in May 2011.  Ms. Conrad is the primary advisor to the OCSIT Associate Administrator on citizen services/engagement and innovative technology programs and strategic direction.

Dr. Peter L. Levin

Peter L. Levin was appointed Senior Advisor to the Secretary and CTO in May 2009. His primary role is to lead Veteran health and benefit service innovations. He is the executive sponsor of the Blue Button personal health record, of the Fast Track electronic claims processing system, of the electronic record modernization initiative, the open source custodial agent, and of the VA's Open Government initiatives all of which have been institutionalized by the agency as part of its ongoing transformation.

Jim Taylor

James L. Taylor was confirmed by the United States Senate as the Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Labor on June 22, 2010. Prior to this position, he served as Deputy Inspector General for the Department of Homeland Security, where he assisted the Inspector General in managing over 600 auditors, inspectors, and investigators. From 1999-2005, Mr. Taylor was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Commerce, where he successfully implemented the department’s first integrated financial management system and earned its first clean audit opinion.

Dr. Lurie is the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) at the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response serves as the Secretary's principal advisor on matters related to bioterrorism and other public health emergencies. ASPR also coordinates interagency activities between HHS, other Federal departments, agencies, and offices, and State and local officials responsible for emergency preparedness and the protection of the civilian population from acts of bioterrorism and other public health emergencies.
