Prof. Prajapati Trivedi is a Senior Fellow (Governance) with the IBM Center for The Business of Government and Commonwealth Secretary General’s Special Envoy for Sustainable Development Goal Implementation. Previously, he was the Senior Director heading the Economic, Youth, and Sustainable Directorate of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, UK. In this position, he also reported directly to the Secretary General of the Commonwealth Secretariat.

Lars Hasselblad Torres

Lars Hasselblad Torres is staff researcher for AmericaSpeaks, responsible for tracking the field of deliberative democracy, internal evaluation, and online innovation. As part of his efforts to map the field of deliberative democracy at home and abroad, Torres is leading AmericaSpeaks’ development of an interactive online inventory of deliberation experiences and an international research effort to map deliberative and inclusionary processes being carried out with partners in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

James R. Thompson

James Thompson is Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration at the University of Illinois – Chicago. Dr. Thompson’s primary research interests are in the areas of human resource management, the civil service and organizational change in the public sector. Publications include, “Value Shifts in Public Sector Human Resource Management” (2017), “Leadership and Transformation of a Major Institution: Charles Rossotti at the U.S. Internal Revenue Service” (2006), and, “The Federal Civil Service: Demise of an Institution,” (2006). Kenneth Thompson

Kenneth R. Thompson is Professor and the former Chair of the Department of Management for seven years at DePaul University, where he has been on staff since 1986. His current research interests include application of Total Quality Management approaches to service and academic institutions, self-efficacy, and goal setting. Professor Thompson has published in several journals, including the Academy of Management Executive, Organizational Dynamics, and the Journal of Social Psychology, in the areas of organizational behavior, Total Quality Management, self-efficacy, and goal setting.

Gregory F. Treverton

Gregory F. Treverton is chairman of the U.S. National Intelligence Council (NIC). Earlier, he served in government on the first Senate Intelligence Committee, the National Security Council, and as vice chair of the NIC. He has been the President of the Pacific Council of International Policy and director of studies at the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London. He has also held positions on the faculty of Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.

Anthony M. Townsend

Anthony M. Townsend, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Delaware. He learned his M.S. and Ph.D. in organizational behavior and industrial relations from Virginia Tech, and his B.A. in English from the University of Virginia.

Jaimie Ciulla Timmons, MSW, is a Research Associate working primarily on state systems and employment projects at the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI). She has over eleven years experience examining workforce development and systems-related issues for individuals with disabilities.

Fred Thompson

Fred Thompson is a specialist in government budgeting and accounting. He currently teaches at the Atkinson Graduate School of Management atWillamette University, where he is Grace and Elmer Goudy Professor of Public Management and Policy Analysis. He previously taught in Columbia University appointments at UCLA of British Columbia. Professor Thompson has held senior staff positions with the Economic Council of Canada and the Department of Finance of the State of California.
