Linda I. Gibbs

Linda I. Gibbs is the Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services. As Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services, Gibbs oversees the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Human Resources Administration, Administration for Children's Services, Department of Homeless Services, Department for the Aging, Health and Hospitals Corporation, Department of Correction, Department of Probation, Department of Juvenile Justice, Office of Health Insurance Access, and the HIV Health and Human Services Planning Council.

Colonel Donald Dellinger

COL Donald Dellinger is currently serving as the Deployment Director of the Joint Continuous Process Improvement Program at the National Guard Bureau. He received his Commission in the Army through the Early Commissioning Program at Wentworth Military Academy in 1986. During COL Dellinger’s 26 years of service in the Army National Guard (ARNG), he has served as a traditional Guardsman and in the Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) program. As a traditional Guardsman, he has served in a variety of positions at the platoon and company level in Missouri, Illinois and Guam ARNG.

Robert Hale

As Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), Robert F. Hale is the principal advisor to Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta on all budgetary and fiscal matters, including the development and execution of the Defense Department’s annual budget of more than $600 billion. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hale also oversees the Department’s financial policy, financial management systems, and business modernization efforts.

Kathleen Merrigan

Kathleen A. Merrigan is the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Working alongside Secretary Tom Vilsack, Merrigan oversees the day-to-day operation of USDA's many programs and spearheads the $149 billion USDA budget process. She serves on the President's Management Council, working with other Cabinet Deputies to improve accountability and performance across the federal government.

Merrigan brings a wealth of knowledge to USDA from a decades-long career in policy, legislation, and research related to the many missions of USDA.

Dr. Paul Anastas

Paul Anastas, Ph.D. is the Assistant Administrator for EPA's Office of Research and Development (ORD) and the Science Advisor to the Agency. Known widely as the "Father of Green Chemistry" for his groundbreaking research on the design, manufacture, and use of minimally-toxic, environmentally-friendly chemicals, Dr. Anastas has an extensive record of leadership in government, academia, and the private sector.

Dr. Jamie M. Morin

Dr. Jamie M. Morin is the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller, Washington, D.C. He serves as the Air Force's Chief Financial Officer and principal adviser to the Secretary of the Air Force on all financial matters. He is principally responsible for exercising the comptroller and financial management functions of the Air Force, which include preparation of the Air Force budget, directing cost and economic analysis programs and oversight of accounting and finance operations, systems and reporting.

Steven J. Kempf

Steven J. Kempf was appointed Commissioner for the U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service, effective July 10, 2010. In this capacity, he sets strategic direction and oversees the delivery of over $50 billion of best-value products, services and solutions to federal customers, allowing them to effectively and efficiently achieve their missions. He also held this position in an acting capacity from April through June 2010, and was the Deputy Commissioner prior to that.

Michael C. Kane

Michael Kane, a member of the Senior Executive Service, currently serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) for the Department of Energy. He is responsible for strategically aligning the agency's workforce to its missions through effective management of human capital policies and programs. The CHCO advises and assists the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Energy, and other agency officials, in selecting, developing, training, and managing a highly skilled, productive, and diverse workforce in accordance with merit system principles and all applicable statutory requirements.
