Dr. Bonni Yordi is the Director of Surveys and Business Research at MRA–The Management Association. For 15 years she led the development of five innovative academic programs and served as a university department chairperson. She then moved into the business world where she spent eight years developing and managing several national award-winning business-community partnerships for a major corporation.

Dr. Bonni Yordi is the Director of Surveys and Business Research at MRA–The Management Association. For 15 years she led the development of five innovative academic programs and served as a university department chairperson. She then moved into the business world where she spent eight years developing and managing several national award-winning business-community partnerships for a major corporation. For the past 14 years she has used her research and assessment skills at MRA–The Management Association, a non-profit employers’ association that serves 4,000 companies covering close to a half million employees. Her department designs, conducts, and analyzes employee engagement surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, and best-places-to-work-surveys, and assists companies in applying the results to become employers of choice.

Dr. Yordi’s current research interests include factors related to improving the employer-employee relationship. In this capacity, she gathers and analyzes extensive databases related to employee engagement and becoming an employer of choice. Her earlier research centered on the learning styles of working adults.
