Dr. Bonni Yordi is the Director of Surveys and Business Research at MRA–The Management Association. For 15 years she led the development of five innovative academic programs and served as a university department chairperson. She then moved into the business world where she spent eight years developing and managing several national award-winning business-community partnerships for a major corporation.
