Jordy Coutin is currently a PhD candidate in Public Policy and Management at
the Sol Price School of Public Policy, University of Southern California. He has
an undergraduate degree in Economics and Conservation & Resources Studies
from UC Berkeley and a Master in Public Policy from the Price School. His current
research focus is in housing and homelessness, as well as quantitative
research methods for policy analysis.
