Mr. van Bochoven is a global executive serving defence and intelligence clients with their essential work.  For 23 years, Mr. van Bochoven has worked with this community and NATO to improve mission readiness. He was appointed Distinguished Industry Leader in 2022. Prior to working with IBM, Mr. van Bochoven was a Director with the Baan Institute.

Mr. van Bochoven attended the Harvard Kennedy School's Executive Education program and earned certificates in National and International Security and Leadership Decision-Making.  He received his masters in Business Economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
