Haynes A. Cooney is the Research Program Manager at the IBM Institute for Business Value.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Cooney was a Senior Managing Consultant and Service Area Manager in IBM Global Business Services. His experience included projects with federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Education, the Federal Aviation Administration, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as a variety of state and local agencies, not-for-profits, and commercial enterprises. He previously worked in Harvard University’s Alumni Affairs and Development office and with The Monitor Group.
Mr. Cooney holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA from Williams College.
