Tina Nabatchi is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration and International Affairs at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University. She is also a Faculty Research Associate at the Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC) at Syracuse University. Her research focuses on public participation and deliberation, collaborative governance, and conflict resolution in relation to public administration and management.

Dr. Goodyear is the Chair of the Department of Public Administration at the University of Kansas. Dr. Goodyear teaches information policy and technology, organizational analysis, and organizational change. Her research focuses in the intersection between technology transitions in organizations and organizational change. Her recent publications focus on the leadership implications of technology transition failure. She recently published in the Handbook of Public Information Systems and in Transforming Public Leadership for the 21st Century.
