Steven J. Kempf was appointed Commissioner for the U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service, effective July 10, 2010. In this capacity, he sets strategic direction and oversees the delivery of over $50 billion of best-value products, services and solutions to federal customers, allowing them to effectively and efficiently achieve their missions. He also held this position in an acting capacity from April through June 2010, and was the Deputy Commissioner prior to that.

David A. Lebryk was selected as Commissioner of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Management Service (FMS) on June 26, 2009.

David A. Lebryk was selected as Commissioner of the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Management Service (FMS) on June 26, 2009. As Commissioner, Mr. Lebryk provides leadership, policy direction and guidance for FMS' financial management programs, including payments, collections, debt collection, and government-wide accounting and financial reporting. He also oversees a daily cash flow of more than $67 billion and government-wide program responsibilities for credit and cash management. A bureau of the U.S.

Appointed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg to lead the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, Commissioner Caswell F. (Cas) Holloway took office on January 1, 2010.  Prior to his appointment, he served as Chief of Staff to Deputy Mayor for Operations Edward Skyler and as Special Advisor to Mayor Bloomberg. 

Seth Diamond was named Commissioner of the Department of Homeless Services on April 19, 2010.
