M. Jae Moon
teaches at the Department of Public Administration of Korea University as well as at the George Bush School of Government and Public Service of Texas A&M University. He was also a faculty member at the Graduate School of Public Affairs at the University of Colorado at Denver (1998–2002), where he was named Teacher of the Year in 1999 and 2001. He has taught master’s and doctoral courses in public management, organizational change and management, globalization and public policy, technology and environmental program management, and research methodology. Technology Forecasting and Social Change, Governance, Public Administration Review, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Performance and Management Review, International Review of Public Administration, and Administration and Society.
His research interests include public management, information technology, and comparative public administration. His research has recently appeared in major public administration and policy journals, including
Dr. Moon earned a B.A. in political science from Yonsei University, Korea (1988), an M.A. in international politics from the Graduate Institute of Peace Studies, Korea (1991), an M.P.A from the University of Texas at Austin (1993), and a Ph.D. in public administration from Syracuse University (1998).
